BOOKING & PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES
Thanks for your interest in performing at our space, a dedicated listening room for patrons and performing musicians.
There is no talking allowed in the Music Room while the concert is taking place.
The Music Room - where the main stage is located seats 40 guests.
The Bar Area seats 18 guests with partial & limited view of the stage area. Surround sound and TV view only.
The Patio, which is open during the warm months seats 20 guests.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
PAUSA does not offer a guarantee payment to touring bands however, a minimum guarantee could be arranged based on band's reputation, previous performances at PAUSA , a strong social media presence.
PAUSA retains 15% commission on net sales of tickets priced at $16 or higher.
PAUSA retains $75 for sound tech and recording expenses
Shows with less than 15 pre-sold tickets on the day of the event are subject to cancellation.
PAUSA retains 50% of all (no-show) ticket revenue.
Musicians are encouraged to promote and sale merchandise for which they will retain 100% of the revenue. We do not book rock, punk or any other loud performances.
Bands can not be larger than 6 musicians.

Current high resolution image to be used for promotion ( no collages or graphics)
No consideration or date will be offered unless all booking requirements have been met.

Once you have been confirmed to perform at PAUSA please EMAIL
Event name (how it's going to be listed)
Proposed ticket price based on past and future performances in alike venues (final price will be set at PAUSA's own discretion)
High Resolution Image (no graphics or collage)
HR Poster - if available - formatted for instagram posts
Personnel with short bios of each band member
Event description including music style
Mp4 video if possible containing material to be presented at the show. If no mp4 file is available, youtube is acceptable.

LOCAL bands performing in the local vicinity of PAUSA (5 square miles) must request a performance at PAUSA with no less than a week in between both performances. If performing musician schedule an event within this time frame PAUSA reserves the right to change the admission price if such performance has a lower price than the show scheduled at PAUSA.
TOURING bands performing in the local vicinity of PAUSA (25 square miles) must schedule performances at PAUSA with no less than a week in between both performances. We reserve the right to change the admission price if such performance has a lower price than the show scheduled at PAUSA.
Performing musicians have a 20% discount on all food and drink items from our menu.
*All musicians from the performing band must make all efforts to bring no less than 20 guests*
Musicians are strongly encouraged to use all media platforms to post, boost and promote events.
We encourage musicians to check regularly their event listing to see current ticket sales.
PAYMENT TO THE BAND
PAUSA will issue payment to one designated musician via Zelle or PayPal at the end of the night. Please provide your preferred email or phone number before the show in order to issue payment on the night of the show. There are no payments made in cash.
WHILE AT PAUSA
All performing musicians must enter through the back door, accessible from the patio.
There will be 1 available parking space for musicians with large loads.
All other band members must park in the vicinity.
All parked cars must be moved at the end of the show.
Singers are recommended to bring their own microphones.
PAUSA will provide a sound technician for all shows.
Musicians Load in: 6:00pm
Sound check: 6:00pm to 6:30pm - all bands must do a sound check
Shows start at 7:00pm
There will be (2) sets of 50 min each

40 persons in the music room with direct view of the musicians
18 persons in the bar room with partial or direct view of the musicians & surround sound
